Annual Zero Emission Bus Technology & Transit Operations Conference

The Zero Emission Bus Technologies and Transit Operations Conference focuses on the newest technology for zero-emission buses, including battery electric buses (BEB), hydrogen fuel cell electric buses (FCEB) and compressed natural gas buses powered by renewable natural gas (RNG). This conference defines “ZEB” as including zero-emissions out of the tailpipe and over the lifecycle of the vehicle.

Our 2022 Zero Emission Bus Technologies and Transit Operations Conference was attended by over 300 industry leaders from 11 countries. 

It saw 50 industry expert speakers over 30 sessions including three elected officials: Rajan Sawhney,Alberta’s Minister of Transportation, Caroline Mulroney, Ontario’sMinister of Transportation, and  George Heyman, British Columbia’sMinister of Environment & Climate Change Strategy. We also welcomed Jennifer O’Connell, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Infrastructure and Communities to announce CUTRIC as the Government of Canada’s Zero Emission Transit Fund National Planning Service, as well as Bonnie Crombie, Mayor of Mississauga, to discuss the importance of the deployment of 10 FCEBs in Mississauaga.

Our 2021 Zero Emission Bus Technologies and Transit Operations Conference was attended by over 260 industry leaders from six countries. The Conference saw 45 industry expert speakers over 22 sessions including four elected officials: Catherine McKenna, previous Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, Chantal Rouleau, Quebec’s Minister for Transport, National Assembly of Quebec, George Heymen, British Columbia’s Minister of Environment & Climate Change Strategy, and Jeff Yurek, Ontario’s Minister of Environment, Conservation & Parks.
