Canada is on the cusp of a major societal transformation, electrifying its transportation networks to drive towards a more sustainable future. Despite this positive shift, there are challenges to overcome. The reliance on fossil fuels within the current provincial power systems hampers the effectiveness of transitioning public transport to electric, hindering efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
