Jasper Transit Implementation Plan

In 2024, the Municipality of Jasper collaborated with CUTRIC to develop a Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Implementation Plan for Jasper Transit. This plan includes a high-level energy assessment and economic analysis of an all battery electric bus (BEB) fleet against Jasper Transit’s base case scenario of diesel shuttles. This analysis aims to provide Jasper Transit with the economic and environmental assessments necessary for decarbonizing their fleet and informing their climate action strategy.
