Stephanie is the Director of Sales and Business Development, leading the bid teams through the commercial and sales process for both New Flyer and MCI. She also co-leads New Flyer’s infrastructure solutions team.  Stephanie leads a cross functional team comprised of technical and commercial specialists to develop efficient mobility solutions for Transit Agencies in North America. She is a key team member in the organization representing NFI Group in national advocacy efforts, determining and implementing innovative business strategies, and a lead negotiator for significant contracts and grants. 

Stephanie has taken an active role in advocating for modernizing contractual terms in Transit that consider the adoption of sustainable transportation, infrastructure needs, and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic including hyper-inflation, and supply chain and labor challenges. She has successfully developed solutions with Agencies to address these items and is an active voice in the industry continually seeking mutually beneficial solutions.
